Make your own: Crackers

Almost all shop brought crackers come in plastic and often recipes contain flour and dairy. Here is a simple seed cracker recipe that can be made with bulk bin ingredients. 


Seedy Crackers
Vegan, Gluten Free and Nut Free


150g   Sunflower seeds
125g   Pumpkin seeds
75g      Chia seeds
40g      Flaxseed
20g      Poppy seeds
15g      Seasame seeds


Add 1.5 cups cold water, let soak for at least 15 minutes. 

Spread on greased tray (alternatively use baking paper or silicon baking sheet). 

Fan bake 170°C for 20-30 minutes, until dried out. Score after 10 minutes.
