This is possibly the most exciting project to date! Chocolate is one thing that I cannot find a way to go without... whenever I am upset and my most vulnerable to caving on my plastic free lifestyle, I end up buying a block of chocolate (not even Trade Aid compostable packaging stuff!). So when my friend told me her recipe I went straight out to Piko Wholefoods and got all the ingredients. Sure, it cost heaps to start (I probably spent $35 on chocolate ingredients), but it will last for ages - and the money, and plastic, I save will be well worth it!
100grams Cocoa Butter
1/2 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Honey
Melt ingredients in a saucepan and pour into a lined tin and leave to set in the fridge or freezer.
Optional extra is add 2 cups of nuts, seeds, puffs etc to make a chocolate slice!
